After passage of the Bond by voters, a new Cartwright Community Bond Oversight Committee was formed, consisting of community members, parents, and residents of the District. This is a Community/Citizen Advisory Board, operating with support from District administrators. The Community Bond Oversight Committee meets regularly, overseeing the expenditure of bond funds, ensuring that these funds are expended as voters intended, and that projects are completed wisely and prudently.
